Shipping Policy

At Ewokecreations, each piece is created and fulfilled with care. Orders may ship from different production partners depending on the item ordered and fulfillment location. As a result, items within the same order may arrive separately.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor delivery updates.

Please note that processing and shipping times may vary slightly based on product type, production schedules, holidays, or carrier delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ewokecreations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please reach out so we can assist in resolving the matter. We appreciate your support of independent art and made-to-order products.
